此方案的最基本的问题，是要清楚障碍物，创造一个有设计感有质量的空间，并且给邻近的居民创建一个休闲区域，首要的是解决一个没有任何软装饰的广场。 从公共空间的前提下，给市民创造一个享受生活的休闲空间，同时，又要提高建筑方案方便日后的维护。方案也充分利用了不同地形和两个子空间，作为视觉上封闭南部广场和北广场上的绿化区相呼应。并且新创了一些绿化区域，以显示环境的重要性。在西广场，利用了明显的坡度，我们引入了一个小的公共设施，都是混凝土预制品，沿西北部利用高低落差，用小花园来修饰。
