提案裡的眾多主要目标之一是可持续发展性。建筑设计所考虑的因素，最重要的不外乎自然光线，這可以在大多数的教室周围的庭院裡發現這個情況。 该项目的设计策略是用矩形棱柱方式去呈現天井和入口處。用两种不同的材料作為代表：陶瓷晶格，利用材料本身的大小體積，來保護受太陽日晒。U型玻璃用镀锌钢带，則將光帶到庭院里。 内部是围绕两个庭院，从东到西，沿位于大厅，教室和办公室均可以直達無障礙。 庭院的解决方案，為了創造出一个更自由空間体，在二楼，以加强和概念的形式在整體建築心脏部份腾出了空间，強化了边缘元素，以避免產生尖锐感。
