这个项目的目的是要重新设计和施工一个西班牙领事馆上海的办公室。工程根据已有的场所条件，进行功能区分，必要设备的设置，员工工作位置的定位和为客户提供便利的需求和空间。有一部分是比较私密的空间，根据定制划定了一部分独立的办公室，一个多功能会议室可以用于日常会议或者是举行活动。这个空间有一个可移动墙面，在举行活动的时候可以扩大空间。
