改项目的前身是一个7层楼的住宅房。其中4层用于酒店集团，3层用于另一个公司办公楼。位于天津和平区。这是一个集商务，购物，娱乐一体的中心历史城区。 设计的理念侧重在多种装饰风格的融合，每个小区里有它自己的个性。室内设计也考虑到各个空间，取决于其内部空间之前的状态和特色。 整个设计追求现代感和不会衰落的经典路线，柔和了多种颜色，材质的家具和地面或墙面。整个理念充分发挥了其多元性，因此，每个区域都有其独特的特点。 其结果是一个结合古典和现代唯一体的完美建筑，其中将居住空间相结合，兼容并蓄，混合东欧风格与现代的家具，都伴随着最先进的技术和设备以提供给住户最大的利益。 |
