该项目位于芜湖市中心，靠近长江和镜湖。大约4万平方米，是一个历史文物建筑保护区，其复杂的地形和文保建筑是这个区的亮点。 其次这区的地下，还有过去人们用于避难的防空地道，又是一个增加惊喜的地方。 我们的设计，旨在改变此地区的交通状况，和各个空间由于缺乏联系而自成一派的空间状态，做到东西贯穿，南北通达，上下联系。我们进行详细的研究，利用了其坡度的变化，利用各种方式来做缓冲，比如楼梯，坡道，电梯等，做到即使是残疾人群也可以出入自由。 并且在空间创造上，引用了水的元素和西班牙特色风情和文化来联系各个广场，更加引入了酒文化来联系贯穿地下区域。保持各个区域的呼应关系。
