The proposed project takes into account the particular situation of the building, between a highway and a mountain, and sustainability. One of the main objectives was to achieve high energy efficiency, present in the overall design with the provision of a block situated around a main courtyard, which is set in the centre of the building. Functional requirements, together with a process of addition and subtraction, result in an interesting piece both from the perspective of landscape and interior views across the patios and skylights. |
