The Stock Exchange authority needs an important renovation in order to create new spaces that could be used for special events, meeting rooms and a library. The current rehabilitation proposal seeks to redesign it for the area rebuilt in 1987 and create a building that is committed to a more modern and open architecture, with dependencies that can be opened to the public and investors, building a more public character than the current, with open spaces inside that are suitable for occasional use for applications representative rate and the creation of public spaces such as a function room or library, and a customer service area expressing greater openness of the institution abroad. The project inserts a large internal covered and ventilated courtyard organizing the new layout around it which becomes in the new core of the building acting as a reception open to the stakeholders and the public.
