The Project is located above the historical city center of Beijing. The proposed use for this plot is mixed, including housing, commercial spaces and offices, as well as public spaces. The main volume stands in the northern part of the plot, which contains the residential program in its upper floors and the commercial spaces in the basement. A second volume, consisting of an office tower, rises in the southeastern corner of the plot. The lower levels of both volumes fan out in a gesture that defines the design, pointing towards the access points of both buildings and giving a strong character to the public space between them.
