The building is located on a plot, which is part of the Arroyo Culebro Urban Development Plan (PAU), in La Laguna Industrial Park in Leganés. It is located on an 80 x 60 plot of land that has the unique feature of occupying the corner of the block. The warehouse allocated for manufacturing and storing cardboard products and board by-products is comprised of a large central space for machinery, a materials reception area to the west and a two-story block of offices for management and administration to the east. Plastically, these areas will be transferred to the outside as different volumes, rhythms and materials, imbuing the entire grounds with great spatial interest.
