El edificio se localiza en la parcela noroeste de una actuación urbanística de 1.500.000 m² en Changge, China. El programa mezcla superficie comercial en la parte baja del edificio, con oficinas que se sitúan en las 3 torres. El proyecto está formado por grandes volúmenes de geometría limpia pero irregular, que se disponen formando diferentes espacios urbanos. El aspecto hermético del edificio se suaviza gracias a la transparencia de su piel de vidrio serigrafiado y se rompe puntualmente con los grandes huecos que enmarcan las vistas sobre la ciudad.
