Se trata de un proyecto de rehabilitación integral de un área urbana dentro de la ciudad de Wuhu. El área de la intervención está situada al Oeste del centro urbano de Wuhu. Muy cerca de las orillas del río Yangtzé. Se trata de un recinto con una superficie aproximada de 30.000 m2 donde existen edificios históricos protegidos por Patrimonio y edificios de menor interés arquitectónico. La propuesta arquitectónica planteada pretende solucionar el problema de la falta de conexión entre los distintos niveles topográficos.
