El Mercado Central de Valencia es un edificio de gran valor artístico e histórico, que se encuentra catalogado por su singularidad y alto valor arquitectónico, situado en el centro histórico de Valencia.El edificio consiste en un sótano de 8.855m2 empleado para albergar las instalaciones así como la zona de carga y descarga, y un nivel de planta baja con 8.733m2 destinado principalmente como mercado.Las necesidades de rehabilitación física del edificio se conjugan con la necesaria adecuación de las instalaciones al nivel que el mercado necesita en la actualidad. Las actuaciones de restauración física realizadas abordan las diferentes partes del edificio de forma pormenorizada.
