El polideportico de la Alamedilla se encuentra en el Parque de la Alamedilla de Salamanca. El edificio propuesto, en su visión nocturna, se asimila a la de una linterna que ilumina el entorno donde se ubica y que sirve de hermoso telón de fondo para el parque. En esa visión nocturna, se traducen al exterior las actividades interiores, en especial la de la cafetería, con unas vistas privilegiadas sobre el parque.



La fachada, que utiliza básicamente materiales vítreos, se protege de un soleamiento excesivo por medio de un potente alero metálico y por celosías en acero galvanizado en caliente que procura una protección tanto desde el punto de vista solar como desde el punto de vista de seguridad física del edificio.
