Situado en el parque Zabeel, éste proyecto quiere convertirse en un símbolo para la ciudad. Está inspirado en la antigua función de la ciudad como puerto de pesca de perlas. El proyecto simboliza la ostra con su perla, que se estira hasta alcanzar una altura de 250m por encima del suelo. Dentro de la perla hay un restaurante y un observatorio que domina la ciudad. En planta baja se encuentra la entrada, una biblioteca pública y un auditorio.
